Steven Terrell
Steven is a life long resident of New Orleans; devoted husband and loving father of two boys. He began honing his craft at the age of 17 assisting his father and master builder, Jim Terrell, as a framing carpenter. He eventually became executive supervisor for Jim Terrell Construction. In addition to over 35 years of construction knowledge, Steven holds a degree in business management from Louisiana State University. He is licensed as a residential and commercial building contractor with the state of Louisiana. A member of the Home Builder Association of New Orleans, Steven has been in business for himself since 2008. He strives to incorporate hard work, honesty and the highest standard of workmanship to ensure that Terrell Construction Services surpasses every client expectation.
Leon Letulle
Leon fortifies Terrell Construction Services with his comprehensive knowledge of business management and accounting. After graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University, his services were utilized for 9 years with a CPA firm as well as 3 years as a hotel controller. Mr. Letulle is a seasoned and highly qualified office manager with versatile skills including supervision, accounts & bookkeeping and project coordination for both residential and commercial applications. With over 35 years of experience in business relations, he now successfully manages the daily operations of our active office.
James Bass
James epitomizes all of the finest qualities one would find in a first-rate executive superintendent. With nearly 44 years of residential and commercial construction supervision to his tenure, James directs each and every project with unparalleled standards and expectations for completion. He is a seasoned veteran to the art of customer service and satisfaction. At Terrell Construction Services, James oversees many of our projects from start to finish incorporating his candor, tenacity and result driven ethics to generate the optimum results in construction as well as client relations.
